Jody is a wonderful agent. She will keep you in mind as she finds properties that match your criteria, follow up with you to see if you’re still on schedule or if interests have changed, but not in an inundating way, which I find important, because pressure sales make me crazy. She’s gone above and beyond, spent days and hours, and has a very pleasant and calm demeanor while providing a lot of knowledge as well as voicing anything she sees in a property that would be less than desirable (great if you don’t know about a specific feature yourself) or gives suggestions on what to negotiate.
